Dr. Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Moisture Melt Body Oil, review

Hello my lovely readers today’s post features a multi-functional oil for the face, hair and body that I have been using since the colder season has begun. I usually don’t need extra hydration except for the colder season therefore then I take out of my stash all the thicker, richer products to try. Today it’s time to share with you my thoughts on the Dr. Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Moisture Melt Body Oil.

The Dr. Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Moisture Melt Body Oil is a deeply moisturizing treatment for the body, face and hair (I looove multi-functional products, they save both time and money), for  daily or weekly use. This oil is based on organic virgin coconut oil, and enriched with tropical extracts and oils (gardenia flowers, papaya seed oil, mango butter, cocoa butter, orange fruit extract, bergamot fruit oil, lemon peel oil and added vitamin E) to create a body treatment which turns into a light oil on contact with the skin and absorbs instantly to hydrate and nourish.

Instructions for use : Apply after the shower or bath for best results. Use daily on dry skin or weekly as a treat for normal skin. Smooth all over the body and allow to soak in.

What can I say ? I adooore this oil in the winter time, it is indeed oily and rich but it is absorbed very quickly into the skin, leaving it smooth, hydrated and glowy (it leaves a discrete oil sheen on the skin). And the smell, oh it smells divine of coconut and exotic islands and sun .. and the scent lingers onto the skin for a good while. I used it on the face and body and felt very pampered and decadent using it. I currently have several hair masks and oils to use so I won’t use on the hair ends.

I have normal body skin so I haven’t used it daily, but for a dry, dehydrated skin daily use will bring better results. On my face I haven’t had any skin reactions such as redness or itchiness of the skin. If you don’t have a make-up remover with you, you can use this oil to remove the make-up (I wouldn’t use it for this, I don’t want to waste such a good moisturizer).

Ingredients: Cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil, Carica papaya (Papaya) seed oil, Mangifera indica (Mango) butter, Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) butter, Gardenia tahitensis flower extract, Tocopheryl acetate, Citrus aurantium dulcis, Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) fruit oil, Citrus limon peel oil, Gamma undecalactone, Maltol, 3-Hexenol, Gamma octalactone, Diacetyl natural, Citric acid, Limonene, Linalool.

You can find the Dr.Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Moisture Melt Body Oil in all Sensiblu pharmacies and online at the price of  aprox. 65 ron/10 dollars per 90 gr.

All in all, I really love to use the Dr.Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Moisture Melt Body Oil in the colder seasons when my skin gets drier and dehydrated. I love the fact that it is easily absorbed into the skin and it leaves it smooth, hydrated and gorgeously perfumed. I also love the fact that I can use it on the face, body and hair, one product multiple uses, saving both time and money. In the hotter seasons it is too much for my normal skin, but for a dry skin all season use will bring the best effects. From me it gets an A (good price for a multi-functional, intensive formula product; the price per use is great). Tell me Have you used this multi-functional product? What are your impressions? Until next time,  Love, M
