Hello my lovely readers, today I have prepared a three-in-one review on several Himalaya Wellness products I have tried last year. As you know for over a year I have been suffering from several health issues, the most important one being my liver. Because of that I have had problems with my skin and hair, I have suffered from tiredness and more, things that have disturbed and considerably slowed down my blog activity. My liver problems are still here and I’m working towards solving them. Today’s review is for three Himalaya products: Liv.52, Neem Skin Wellness and Bacopa Memory Wellness.
This was the most important product to try for me. Liv.52 DS has potent hepato-protective properties. It restores the functional efficiency of the liver by protecting the hepatic parenchyma and promoting hepatocellular regeneration, it hastens the recovery period and ensures early restoration of hepatic functions in infective hepatitis and more. As a daily health supplement, Liv.52 improves appetite, digestion and assimilation processes and promotes weight gain.
There are several key ingredients which give Liv.52 its liver care efficiency: The Caper Bush (Himsra) contains p-methoxy benzoic acid, which is a potent hepato-protective and Chicory (Kasani) protects the liver against alcohol toxicity and it is also a potent antioxidant.
I have used it once a day as per my doctor’s recommendation and I have felt a slight improvement in my energy level, I felt less tired and my hair loss was reduced a bit. Of course for a more visible result this product should be taken over a longer period of time (at least three months). My liver lab results were a bit better after about six months of use but since I needed a stronger treatment my doctor prescribed me a stronger treatment that I am currently taking.
You can find Liv.52 DS in pharmacies and online at hboutique.ro at the price of aprox. 29 ron (60 tablets).
Neem Skin Wellness
Due to my liver problems my skin became dull and lifeless, dehydrated and not very happy. Here comes Himalaya Neem Skin Wellness, a product for those who wish to maintain healthy and glowing skin and those with Acne Vulgaris, Psoriasis, Skin Allergies & Infections.
The key ingredient here is Neem, a very powerful blood purifier; it is used in everything from clearing toxins in the blood (fundamental in most skin conditions) to supporting the sanitizing of wounds, to cleaning pores. Neem regulates organic sulfur metabolism, which is essential to creating the proper protein bonds in skin tissues to support a balanced tone. High in antioxidant properties, it supports the body’s innate intelligence of sustaining wellness. Neem is especially good for skin care around the eyes. It supports the eyes by enhancing kidney health to reduce puffiness below the eyes.
After using it together with the liver treatment and rich face products I have noticed a slight improvement in the appearance of my skin, it looked less dehydrated and dull than before. Again for a more visible result this product should be taken over a longer period of time (at least three months).
You can find Himalaya Neem Skin Wellness in pharmacies and online at hboutique.ro at the price of aprox. 28 ron (60 tablets).
Bacopa Memory Wellness
Last year I also felt the need for a boost of concentration and memory since my tiredness was affecting my work performances. So I took Bacopa Memory Wellness. The Bacoba extract, the key ingredient in this product, promises a positive effect on the brain system, short and long term memory enhancing effects, helps to increase concentration and intelligence. The Bacopa extract also relieves and prevents stress.
Overall after using it together with the rest of the products mentioned above, I felt a bit more alert and energized and able to focus on my work. As I said before, for a more visible result this product should be taken over a longer period of time (at least three months).
You can find Himalaya Bacopa Memory Wellness in pharmacies and online at hboutique.ro at the price of aprox. 29 ron (60 tablets).
All in all, my experience with the Himalaya Wellness supplements was a good one. I have seen and felt slight improvements in my appearance and my overall state, but I am aware that I need to use the products for a much longer period of time in order to see a more visible result.
I liked very much the fact that all products are 100% natural, based on single key ingredients (the Wellness ones) and contain no sugar, colorants, artificial aromas, conservatives or soya/milk-derived ingredients. They are easily found in pharmacies and online and they have decent prices – under 30 ron. Tell me Have you tried any Himalaya supplements? What are your impressions? Until next time, Love, M
