Most loved in 2015

I haven’t posted a monthly favourite type post (very popular right now) before because I don’t change my favourites every month. I test a product for a longer period of time and if I really like one and use it all the time it enters in my favourite category. Therefore I will post my favourites every season or more. I decided to start the favourites category on the blog with a bang, with the Most loved in 2015 ! Let’s see them !

Make-up removal :

Drumrolls please.. the best of the best..in micellar waters Bioderma Sensibio H2O!! I adore it, I can remove my make-up with great ease even when I am dead tired and not in the mood to take my time. No rinse, cleans gently and does not irritate the skin. Love it!

If you read my post on make-up removal, you know I double cleanse (after the make-up removal I cleanse the face again with a cleanser).  So the best cleanser so far, Eucerin Gentle Hydrating Cleanser Fragrance Free. A very gentle cleanser, leaves the skin squicky clean, happy and refreshed. Comes with a handy pump making it easy to use.

Face care :

ACADEMIE Huile De Soin Hydratante, Hydrating Treatment Oil. I adore it for its long-lasting hydration my skin needs right now, it was quicky absorbed into the skin and left no oily film. I also love its scent and the moment of pampering its massage into the skin gives me.

Hair care :

You already know my suffering because of my very oily hair. There is no perfect shampoo to cure it, but I’m still searching.. The winner in this category is hand down..Batiste dry shampoo XXL!!!!  It is a miracle for my hair and I cannot live without it! My hair looks refreshed and clean after using it and has a volume it usually lacks!

Body care :

In this category my very favourite is a new product for me I haven’t tried before (now I wonder why..) L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil. It makes your bath a SPA sanctuary, gently cleansing the skin and at the same time nourishing it (that thick golden texture, pampering at its best). And the smell.. oh it smells heavenly.. so does your bath for a long time..

Hands and nails :

I love hand creams, you know it by now. I have many in use in different parts of the house and many minis in different purses. I couldn’t decide between two I love the same, therefore I present you both :

Farmec glycerin hand cream. All Romanian, cheap and very hydrating. Perfect for the winter time and very dry skin. Love!

L’Occitane en Provence 20% shea butter hand cream. A very good quality hand cream, a little expensive for a hand cream but the moisturization and luxurious perfume makes it worth buying. Also love it!

On me, most of the nail polishes, as gorgeous as they are, don’t last much. They chip from a few hours after application (the worst) to 2 or 3 days. The only way to make them last longer is to put over them a top coat. Well the best top coat for me is Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat. It is the best so far because it dries very easily the nail polishes in a matter of minutes, it gives the nail polishes a lovely glossy, shiny finish and, the most important, it improves the life of the nail polishes from 4 to 7 days without chipping. Yay!!

Make-up :
 Foundation :

MustaeV Skinny Tint foundation. Although I had only samples, this foundation impressed me from the first use. I adored the flawless, porcelain look I have using MustaeV Skinny Tint foundation. It is a great day to day foundation even for oilier complexions like mine. I liked the lightweight texture, the great buildable coverage and the good moisturization. It provides a decent mattifying effect and it is quite long lasting especially if you apply powder on top. What I really loved is the natural, glowing, flawless skin it gave me.

Powder :

Paese Bamboo Powder with Silk Proteins. The best mattifying powder I have ever used!! My skin is mattified, smooth and soft and the make-up lasts for a long time. I adore it!

 Eyes :

Sephora The Colorful 5 Eyeshadow Palette – no.6 Pale to rich taupe.  I like to use it daily for my neutral eye make-up to go with my must-have bold coloured lipstick! This combination makes me feel good, confident and ready to face another day! Love! I also love eyeshadows from Inglot, Melkior, MustaeV and more but I still reach for this palette first.

Estee Lauder’s Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara/Estee Lauder Lash Primer Plus Full Treatment Formula. Using them both I get lashes that are full, lenghtened, separated and sensual. I love the wide-eye look this mascara gives me!

Blush :

Guerlain Peach Boy Rose aux Joues Blush Duo. I adore its colour! It is very pigmented, very long-lasting and light on the skin. With a blush like this, everyone can become a make-up artist!

Brows :

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Brown. The colour is the right one for me, it defined the brows nicely and they still look natural. It doesn’t have a long-lasting formula but it lasted all day onto my brows without fading or sliding. I love the natural effect it gives my brows. I love it is easy to use and travel-friendly.

Lips :

Oh this is heart breaking for me. Why choose ?? So many lipsticks so little time.. Well because of the wide range of colours and the customizable shade I choose MUSTAEV TEN SHADE LIP CREAM PRO PALETTE as the queen of lipsticks!! I can do neutral, discrete day looks; bolder, stronger night/party looks. I adore it! I also love my MAC, L’Oreal, Clinique, Inglot, Melkior lipsticks. I love them all, the bolder the better!

Perfumes :

Well, the perfume I adored this year best is not on the blog..yet. It is a new one in my stash Givenchy Dahlia Divine. I simply adore it! Feminine, elegant, sensual, timeless! I love it, it totally changes my mood when I’m wearing it !

I also adore my other perfumes by Chanel, Dior, Yves Rocher, Calvin Klein, Lancome, Moschino, Kenzo and more. Next on my wishlist is definitely Guerlain. I don’t have any perfumes so I must remedy that.

And that’s it! I hoped it wouldn’t be a too long post but although I tried to keep it short and sweet, I failed. Well, we’ll see next year who’s in and who’s out. Tell me What are your favourites for 2015? Until next time, Love M
