Hot pink lip make-up look

I’m back my lovely readers with a new post. Yesterday I presented you with a new favourite liquid lipstick Pupa I’m matt lip fluid in 072 , today I thought about showing you the make-up look that accompanied it. You know I usually love to use neutral shades on my lids and strong, bold lipsticks. This time I decided to do a hot pink lip, again.

I have thought about showing you some of my daily make-up looks and the products I use for a long time and it has proved difficult for me so far since I often don’t have time to photo the products and the make-up look. But I’ll try my best ; I want to show you the products in the make-up look, on the face not only in swatches, writing about them. Let’s begin :

Starting with the base, I applied around one full pump of Guerlain Teint de Perfection foundation (review soon), mixed with MustaeV lustruous cream base, onto the face with my Sigma kabuki brush, blending it well onto the face and neck.

I followed with the Clinique concealer, covering my dark circles, then I set both the concealer and foundation with the Melkior Loose Powder in Natural. If I set the liquid/creamy products with powder they will last all day onto the skin together with the make-up.

I applied the Milani Luminoso blush onto the cheeks (a lovely peach-golden blush). I really believe that a good blush suitable for your skin and hair color works wonders! It revives a tired complexion, makes you look good even if you are sick and makes you look younger and fresh if applied sparingly for a natural effect.

I used some of my Inglot nude eye shadows to  create a discrete base to better highlight the black eye liner from Lancôme Artliner  in black – you can see them here : Inglot love. I blended the  344 dusky pink in the crease, plus the Milani Luminoso blush and added under the eye brows the 341 matte white mono eye shadow.

I applied mascara on both top and bottom lashes – Estee Lauder’s Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara/Estee Lauder Lash Primer Plus Full Treatment Formula (one of my very favourites). I left my brows natural, I only combed them with a spooly brush.

On the lips I applied the star of this make-up look – the gorgeous bold, matte Pupa I’m matte fluid in 072. I adore the hot pink lip. It is very pigmented and lasts on me for around 5 to 6 hours (and I really eat lipsticks!).

You can find most of the products used for this look in Sephora, Douglas, Kendra, Marionnaud and online. Check out the official sites.

I hope you like the make-up look. If you have questions related to the products I used in the make-up look, don’t hesitate to ask! I would love to hear your comments, ideas, proposals. Keep them coming ! Until next time ,    Love M
